Founded in 2024, Heartfelt Forever is a family-run organisation aimed at helping individuals and their families store treasured memories – a letter, their voice and even a video message, and share it on a special occasion. Read on to hear a little more about our story and why we’re here.

Heartfelt Forever was founded when our team shared a deeply personal experience – the loss of beloved family members who, sadly, never had the opportunity to leave behind a letter, a voice recording, or a video message for their loved ones. During weddings, birthdays, and other significant life events, the absence of those dear relatives was felt profoundly.

This is where our journey began… Imagine your wedding day, knowing that special relative can’t be there – but instead, you’re presented with a heartfelt video message from them. Perhaps they congratulate you, share a cherished memory from their own wedding, or simply send their love and best wishes. It’s a moment that connects past and present in the most meaningful way.

That’s the mission we’re on, to enable you to store your voice or even a video message for your loved ones to receive if and when you can’t be there. You’ll get your own personal Memory Vault to store them, and at the right time, we’ll help it reach your loved ones.
