Who can setup a Memory Vault and when is a good time to do it?
Anyone (over the age of 18) who wants store a memory or leave a video message for a loved one could use our service. There’s no right or wrong time but from our own experience we know that those special life moments are perfect times.
Store a video for a loved one on their wedding day, graduation, birthday etc. What about something fun to show your children in a few years time?
Where are Memory Vaults held and is it safe?
We use industry leading technology providers at Heartfelt Forever, the same providers being used by many large organisations across the UK and internationally. Our primary location for a Memory Vault to be stored is in highly secure data centres in London, UK -so you can feel safe knowing your vault is secure.
How does my loved one receive my Memory Vault and its contents?
When you’re uploading your memories into your vault, be it voice notes or video messages, we’ll ask you to tell us who it’s for along with their email address and optionally, a date on which you’d like it delivered. On the chosen date or at the end of your package’s term, we’ll send an invite to your loved one to access the content you’ve stored for them.

How many memories can I store in my Memory Vault?
As many as you like as long as it’s within the storage quota of your package.
How do I put pictures/video messages into my Memory Vault?
Once you’ve been sent the instructions on how to access your vault, you’ll head over to our vaults page: https://myvault.heartfeltforever.co.uk then login and you’ll see an empty folder with your name on it – this is where you’ll find an Upload button.
Does everything I upload have to go to the same person?
When you upload content into your Memory Vault, you have the option on each file to select who you want it to go to and optionally, if you want to pick a specific date for us to send it. So you can upload multiple items and each one can be for someone different.
Ordering & Payment
How long does it take once I’ve placed an order?
Once we receive your order we’ll create your Memory Vault and email you the details to access it – usually within 24-48 hours.
I’ve placed an order but since decided I’d like a refund, what should I do?
As long as it’s within 14 days of ordering, head over to our Contact page and send us a message with your Order number. Note: You’ll find a copy of our refund policy on our Terms page here: https://heartfeltforever.co.uk/terms/
